By accessing or using this website, the Client expressly agrees to be bound by any changes or updates made to the information herein, regardless of whether the Client has actual notice or knowledge of such changes. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to regularly review this website for any updates or modifications.

Disclaimer

Please understand that by viewing this website and / or agreeing to have us, CC’s Tech Support – A.K.A. Chaim Clein (further mentioned as CCTS) attempt to repair the device spoken about in any correspondence electronic or otherwise or even simply examine the device in any way shape, or form, you, the entity who is viewing this website (further mentioned as the client), are absolving me (CCTS) of any responsibility for anything that might happen while viewing this website and / or while the device is in my (CCTS’s) possession and / or under my (CCTS’s) care – whether that is remotely or in person. 

Terms and Conditions of “If we cannot fix it, you do not pay!”. 

  • This only applies to the first 30 minutes of the time spent on the client’s computer. If the time spent lasts longer, then the client is required to pay 75% of the fee for the total amount of time spent.
    This refers to all time spent – the time spent in determining whether or not we can fix the computer, the actual attempt at fixing, and all time spent from the moment we (a.k.a. CCTS) begin working as defined below;
         –  If we (a.k.a. CCTS) are working remotely and/or over the phone or via chat, this time starts from the beginning of the call and/or the first message of the chat at the time we (a.k.a. CCTS) connect to the client’s computer.
     
         –  If we (a.k.a. CCTS) are working at the client’s location, the time starts from the minute we (a.k.a. CCTS) arrive at the client’s location. 
  • If the work lasts longer that 2 hours, the full price will be charged (this includes all fees for the work, transportation, and any other fees. The price for any extra parts that are required to be purchased for the repair are not included in this or any other discount.). 
  • This only applies to the hourly charge for remote or in person services. All other services are not included in this deal and the client will be charged and required to pay the full price regardless of whether or not the issue(s) is/are resolved. 

Data Privacy

Upon the acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer, you, the entity who is currently viewing this website (further mentioned as the client) and / or with whom we (CC’s Tech Support A.K.A. Chaim Clein, further mentioned as CCTS) have any communications regarding the issue or issues that we (CCTS) are attempting to fix, you, the client, hereby absolves me, CCTS, of any and all responsibility for the privacy and security of your data.

If any of your data is used or misused against your (the client’s) will or with or without your permission, I (CCTS), will not be responsible nor held responsible in any way for any damage or outcome, positive, negative, or otherwise, that may result as a consequence of your (the client), or anyone else’s data being used or misused for any reason, be it on purpose or by accident. 

Additional Information

Applicable to Israeli Citizens only
If you, the entity who is currently viewing this website (further mentioned as the client) are not comfortable with having me, CC’s Tech Support – A.K.A. Chaim Clein (further mentioned as CCTS), look at your (the client’s), computer/device or if you (the client) disagree with the disclaimer and/or terms of service, please let me (CCTS) know and I (CCTS) will give you (the client) the contact information of someone else who may be able to help you. 

Pricing 
Prices for any extra parts required for the repair are not included in any discount and will be added to the total price of the work performed. 
If the work performed is less than 15 minutes, then if needed, you (the client) will be charged only the price of the part(s) required for the repair. 

Freebies and How-to Terms of Use  
This Agreement (“Freebies and How-to Terms of Use”) is entered into by and between CC’s Tech Support (“CCTS”) and you, the individual or entity accessing, viewing, or utilizing in any way the information provided on this website and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, including but not limited to the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, and the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page of this website (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

By accessing or using any information contained in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, and the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page of the CCTS website, and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk and Liability
Client assumes full and complete responsibility for any and all outcomes resulting from the use, implementation, or reliance upon the information contained in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page, and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, including but not limited to desired, undesired, unknown, unforeseen, or any other consequences of any kind.

Release of Liability
Client expressly agrees to hold CCTS harmless and releases CCTS from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, legal actions, or anything else arising from the use of any information provided in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page, and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, regardless of the nature of the outcome.

No Warranties or Guarantees
The information provided in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page, and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, are offered “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or anything else. CCTS makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, safety, or effectiveness of the information.

Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCTS, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal expenses, or anything else incurred as a result of Client’s use of the information provided in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp.

Binding Nature
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between CCTS and Client. By using or accessing the information in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page and/or instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms even if they are or claim to be completely unaware of them.

By continuing to access and/or use in any way the information provided in the “Freebies” and “Free Stuff” sections, the “Request for How-to” option on the Contact Us page and/or and instruction sheets in any correspondances via email and/or WhatsApp, Client affirms their acceptance of this Agreement and acknowledges that they have waived any right to hold CCTS liable for any resulting consequences.
