Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekel.
The actual charge will vary based on the currency conversion rate of your chosen payment method at the time of payment.

- Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
- If required, additional travel fees may apply based on distance. Please note that travel time cannot be guaranteed.
- NEW! We now provide services to most of Israel. Please see see Hours and Services under “Service Areas” for details.
- We do not offer services on Shabbat (from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday), Jewish holidays (sunset from the day before the holiday to mid-day the day after the holiday), Fridays, or 2 hours before Jewish holidays and the Sabbath except the Urgent Services stated below.
- All work performed outside of regular business hours will be charged at double our standard rate – for example a service that would normally cost 50 NIS would cost 100 NIS outside normal hours.
Without the rush service fee, we generally complete any services within one week or less, depending on our schedule. In addition, the rush service option does not apply to urgent services. - The free initial 15-minute consultation period is not included outside normal service hours nor for Urgent Services.
- For urgent services on Fridays or the day before holidays, please refer to our “Urgent Services” section below.
Urgent Services
- The “If we cannot fix it, you do not pay!” does not apply to Urgent Services.
- Please note that prices and availability for all services including urgent services may vary depending on our schedule.
- For urgent requests up to two hours before sunset on Fridays and the day before holidays, a 50% surcharge will be applied in addition to the Urgent Services fee stated below. For example, a service normally priced at 100 NIS would cost 150 NIS.
Urgent Services provided outside of normal business hours on days not specified above will not have the additional 50% charge added, but will be charged double the standard rate as mentioned above. - The availability of our urgent services is subject to our schedule and an additional fee of 250 NIS paid before the work is started. This fee is non-refundable, non-negotiable, and applies to all Urgent Services.
With this option, we guarantee completion of the service within 48 hours, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays, and the day before holidays.
